Join the Holy Cross College Computer Science Club computer safety workshop designed to empower you with the skills to protect your devices and personal information online.

Computers and the Internet permeate every aspect of our lives providing endless opportunities to learn, market, and entertain. As we daily engage in this digital space,
we also encounter a relentless cyber-threat to our personal information leaving ourselves vulnerable to a host of bad actors. The Holy Cross College Computer
Science Club stands by to help you navigate these digital hazards with effective and common-sense tools to protect your valuable information. Whether you are an at-home user, a business professional, or a parent concerned for the online safety of your children, there are a number of simple, but powerful steps you can take to protect
yourself. The Club will discuss and demonstrate measures such as password protection, data encryption, firewalls, anti-malware software, and best practices
providing a more safe and productive cyber environment. Please join us for an hour of educational tips and advice for all ages, giving you a better and more informed online experience.
