Learn to set up an account, send and organize messages, and some basic safety tips. Perfect for beginners looking to communicate and use their email efficiently.

Discover the essentials of email communication in this Email Basics Workshop! Learn how to set up an email account, send and receive messages, manage your inbox, and organize emails. We will also cover the key features of email, including attaching files and using CC and BCC, as well as how to avoid common pitfalls like email scams and phishing attempts. By the end of this workshop, you'll be comfortable managing your email with ease and confidence.


Participants will be provided with a laptop for use during the workshop, limit of 10. Bringing your own device is also encouraged.
