We are celebrating Black History Month with music and a story. Enjoy the book Who Is Florence Price? paired with music featuring the Euclid Quartet. Recommended for ages 3 - 8.

We will be reading the book Who is Florence Price accompanied by musical pieces.  The program also includes songs, fingerplays and movement.  There will be a coloring activity following the performance.  

 

Florence Price was the first black African American woman to have her music performed by a major symphony orchestra.
