An all ages film series highlighting films adapted from popular books.

SJCPL is proud to present The Page to Screen Film Series, a new film series dedicated to showing some of our favorite films that were adapted from some of our favorite books. The films in this series are all rated G or PG and these showings are open to all ages. 

Wednesday, April 8th: Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory (1971). Rated G. Starring Gene Wilder, Jack Albertson, and Peter Ostrum. Directed by Mel Stuart. Adapted from the 1964 novel Charlie and the Chocolate Factory by Roald Dah.
