Ms. McBride is the Executive Director of DuComb Center, an innovative work release residential center in South Bend. Justice, redemption and rehabilitation are all facets of the work of the organization. Ms. McBride will address some of the unique programs implemented at the center, which bear fruit in employment, education and recidivism reduction. South Bend resident Ms. Alicia Brown Wells will also be sharing her story. She was incarcerated for four years, but was able to overcome her drug addiction and turn her life around and is now helping others.
