Summer of Care Series

Vitality Café

Join us as we partner with Oaklawn & SJC Cares to bring a series of programs focused on mental & emotional health to every SJCPL location!

We are so excited to partner with Oaklawn & SJC Cares to bring a summer full of programs focused on mental and emotional health awareness. Here at the LaSalle Branch we participate in a Vitality Cafe conversation. Here is what you can expect from this program:

"Learn about the power of resilience and start putting it into practice through participating in a Café! Hear a very brief presentation from a mental health professional about resilience and protective factors – what they are, why they work and why we should invest in them. Then, start building community through meeting in small groups to discuss different domains of vitality and learn from each other’s positive experiences."
