Join us as we partner with Oaklawn & SJC Cares to bring a series of programs focused on mental & emotional health to every SJCPL location!

We are so excited to partner with Oaklawn & SJC Cares to bring a summer full of programs focused on mental and emotional health awareness. Here at the Lakeville Branch we will have a presentation on ACE Interface. Here is what you can expect from this program:

"Understand how childhood trauma affects health over the lifespan. Learn about the ACE study (Adverse Childhood Experiences), how stress impacts the brain and nervous system and how those effects can be felt for years to come. You’ll also learn ways to encourage and promote resilience in youth and adults to create a healthier community."
