Free legal advice for evictions and housing issues provided to the public on a first-come, first-served basis.

Attorneys from the Volunteer Lawyer Network, part of Pro Bono Indiana, provide free legal advice on eviction and landlord/tenant issues to the public at this walk-in clinic. Bring all pertinent information and documents. Topics covered:

  • residential evictions
  • potential defenses
  • rental assistance
  • damages hearings
  • sealing evictions
