It's the new year and lots of people are considering ways on becoming healthier. Join us for seven weeks as we dive into the "Mental Health and Nutrition" course from Bendable. We will focus on exploring links between nutrition and mental well-being. The course will cover evidence supporting the premise that eating better, and taking additional nutrients when appropriate, can improve mental health for many people. During our time together we hope to learn from one another and share ways we are incorporating new cooking methods, foods, and ingredients recommended throughout our time together.
