Aaron Helman, author of two local history books, shares some of the stories and insights discovered while writing his latest book.

Aaron Helman is the author of An Incomplete History of St. Joseph County (2022) and Ride the Jack Rabbit: More of the People, Places & Events That Make Michiana Fascinating (2023). Aaron is a creative leader, writer, speaker, adventure junkie, coffee enthusiast, and novice chess player. A quick Google search will find articles he's written about teen issues, youth worker burnout, leadership, cycling, and even sabermetric analysis of the Chicago Cubs.

Books will be available for purchase from the author following the program.
