About the show:

From the bookshelf to the kitchen, WNIT Public Television's popular Dinner and a Book returns with new recipes from best-sellers. Back and better than ever, we've added a whole new flavor to the show for you!

This time we welcome Yvonne Castañeda, author of Pork Belly Tacos with a Side of Anxiety. This memoir explores eating disorders, depression, and identity in the Latino community. Find copies of her book in our library catalog! 

Later, don’t miss Culturally Speaking at 6:00pm at the Community Learning Center! Yvonne will be taking part in an author talk with book signing to follow!
