This hands-on gumbo program is designed as a collaborative, low-pressure cooking experience where every participant plays a role. The emphasis is connection and comfort (not perfection).
Rather than watching a chef, participants actively build the dish together through guided stations, group tasting, and shared decision-making. The experience concludes with a personalized bowl of vegetarian gumbo and a shared sense of accomplishment! Participants will leave with a base recipe and options for meat-based gumbo experiments, too.
