This presentation explores what good mental health looks like. It covers types of common mental health diagnoses, describing some symptomatology that may be helpful to look for.

It also identifies some tools to promote your mental health and wellbeing.

MHAM (Mental Health Awareness of Michiana) has a mission to improve the lives of those living with mental illness and mental health concerns in Michiana by promoting initiatives that eliminate stigma, build collaboration, and improve access to mental health care.
