Contribute your creativity to our community art project inspired by mosaic abstract artist Alma Thomas. Take home your own kit to make a project of your own.

Alma Thomas was an African-American artist who began to paint seriously in the 1960s after retiring from a career as an art teacher. This community project will be similar to Thomas' mature art technique featuring mosaic patches of vibrant color except we will be using tissue paper as a medium.
