Many older adults experience concerns about falling and restrict their activities. This award-winning program is designed to manage falls and increase activity levels in adults age 60+. This program emphasizes practical strategies to manage falls and includes light exercise. Offered by REAL Services, Inc.

PLEASE NOTE: New participants for this program will not be accepted after the second week. 

YOU WILL LEARN TO:

  • View falls as controllable
  • Set goals for increasing activity and make changes to reduce fall risks at home
  • Exercise to increase strength and balance

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

  • Adults who are concerned about falls
  • Adults interested in improving balance, flexibility and strength
  • Adults who have fallen in the past
  • Adults who have restricted activities because of falling concerns
