Learn about ancient cultures through activities and art. We'll be looking at cuneiform writing from ancient Sumeria and writing our own clay tablets. Recommended ages 6-11.

In this program we'll learn a bit about the origins of writing, concentrating on cuneiform. We'll learn about how writing came to be and then create our own cuneiform tablets using a simplified Sumerian alphabet.
