Author with fifteen years of experience in the field of Gerontology, Kerry Ann Sandsmark, shares practical, compassionate strategies from her book Balance of Dignity in this supportive program.

Aimed at caregivers and families, this program explores ways to maintain dignity, improve communication, reduce daily stress, and create more meaningful connections in everyday moments. Through real-life examples and gentle guidance, attendees will discover simple approaches that can make caregiving feel more manageable and help both the caregiver and loved one experience greater comfort and understanding. This program is ideal for family caregivers, friends, neighbors, and anyone interested in learning more about supportive dementia care at home.

***A limited number of FREE Life Story Kits (binders and pages) will be provided for up to 20 participants!
