We’ll be whipping up a fresh, accessible recipe from the acclaimed cookbook, Heartland Masala, which beautifully blends traditional Indian flavors with the American Midwestern home kitchen.

Gather around our Charlie Cart for a live, interactive cooking demonstration as we celebrate the upcoming visit from authors Jyoti and Auyon Mukharji. Come watch a fresh recipe come to life, learn how easy it is to work with Indian spices, and enjoy a delicious sample.
