An all ages film series highlighting films adapted from popular books.

SJCPL is proud to present The Page to Screen Series, a new film series dedicated to showing some of our favorite films that were adapted from some of our favorite books. The films in this series are all rated G or PG and these showings are open to all ages. 

Thursday, February 5th: The Princess Bride. Rated PG for mild violence, mild profanity, and moderate scary scenes. Starring Cary Elwes, Robin Wright, Mandy Patinkin, Chris Sarandon, Christopher Guest, Wallace Shawn, Andre the Giant, and Billy Crystal. Directed by Rob Reiner. Adapted from the 1973 novel by William Goldman.
