Participants will gather monthly to discuss chapters of the book Mastering Genealogical Proof by Thomas W. Jones.

Local & Family History is hosting a small group genealogy book study of Mastering Genealogical Proof by Thomas W. Jones. Over 8 monthly meetings, participants will read the chapters and complete the book's exercises in advance then gather to discuss the concepts and the answers. Participants will work collaboratively to gain a deeper understanding of how to evaluate genealogical records that prove the conclusions drawn from their research. Genealogists of all skill levels are welcome at this program series. Books will be available to borrow.
